BLADES2BUILD in the 3rd Eurecomp Workshop!

BLADES2BUILD attended the 3rd EuReComp workshop about “Circularity in Composites: Shaping a Sustainable Future” organised by our partner R-NanoLab/National Technical University of Athens! The event took place in Athens, on today 19th of March.

This year’s workshop focuses on circularity in the composite sector, with a special emphasis on applications in aeronautics and wind energy.

Our partner Holcim and Quentin Favre-Victoire presented the “Holcim Circular Economy Strategy: from Construction Demolition Waste to End of Life Wind Turbine Blades Recycling” part of their work in BLADES2BUILD.

A special booth, together with our colleagues from other EU projects such as CIRCULess and RECREATE, was supported by our D&C partner Global Consulting Sustainability.
